Facilitated by Michael Elwan, recipient of the 2025 WA Mental Health Award for Lived Experience Impact & Inspiration and recipient of the 2025 AASW National Excellence Award (Social Worker of the Year), and finalist for the R U OK? Barbara Hocking Memorial Award and the WA Multicultural Awards (Sir Ronald Wilson Leadership Award). Sessions are grounded in the AASW Supervision Standards and delivered flexibly, Australia-wide.

LEXs also supports lived/living experience practitioners working in 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 across diverse service settings.
