🌼 What Online Trauma Counselling Can Help With
Trauma affects people in many different ways - emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. You might notice impacts immediately after an event, or months (even years) later.
Through online trauma counselling at LEXs, I can support you to work through challenges such as:
Persistent feelings of fear, helplessness, or hypervigilance
Emotional numbness, disconnection, or difficulty trusting others
Nightmares, flashbacks, or intrusive memories
Anxiety, depression, or overwhelming sadness
Low self-esteem, shame, or guilt related to past experiences
Difficulty setting boundaries or feeling safe in relationships
Grief and loss linked to traumatic events
Coping with childhood trauma or complex PTSD (C-PTSD)
Trauma counselling is not about "fixing" you - because you are not broken. It’s about creating a safe space to explore, process, and gently rebuild emotional safety, self-trust, and empowerment.
✅ If you're accessing counselling through your NDIS plan (self-managed or plan-managed), sessions can be tailored to support goals around emotional wellbeing, daily living skills, resilience, and community participation.
