Healthy relationships are at the heart of emotional wellbeing - offering connection, support, and belonging. But when communication breaks down, trust is damaged, or emotional distance grows, it can feel overwhelming, lonely, and confusing.

Whether you're attending solo or working with your partner, support is available to help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect with meaning and care.

Through personalised online relationship counselling sessions, I work with you to:

  • Improve communication and emotional expression

  • Rebuild trust and strengthen emotional intimacy

  • Navigate major life transitions (grief, parenting, health changes) as a team

  • Explore attachment patterns and emotional needs

  • Support respectful endings or transitions if needed

I also proudly support NDIS participants (self-managed and plan-managed) where relationship counselling aligns with emotional wellbeing, daily living, or psychosocial recovery goals.

With no waitlists and flexible online care, LEXs is here to help you reconnect and heal - wherever you are in Australia.

Yes. Many couples seek support through online relationship counselling to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or navigate life transitions together.
