Online Peer Work Supervision with LEXs
A Safe-Enough Space for Reflection, Growth, and Connection
Individual and group peer work supervision at Lived Experience Solutions (LEXs)ย provides a confidential, non-hierarchical space to explore experiences, celebrate strengths, navigate challenges, and stay anchored to the values that brought you into this work.
LEXs supervision aligns with the National Lived Experience (Peer) Workforce Development Guidelines (NMHC, 2021), recognising reflective supervision as a cornerstone of a thriving, sustainable, and values-led lived experience workforce. Itโs a space to uphold the integrity of lived experience practice, strengthen wellbeing, and cultivate co-production within systems that too often silence it.

Over the past 15 years, Iโve worked across community mental health, suicide prevention, and peer-designed systems - as a practitioner, senior manager, carer, and advocate.
My approach to Peer Work supervision is shaped by both professional practice and personal experience - caregiving, suicide bereavement, migration, and recovery from trauma. These experiences taught me that reflective spaces arenโt luxuries; theyโre essential for sustaining peer work and protecting the heart that fuels it.
