> Lived Experience Solutions (LEXs) is the Perth-based practice of Michael Elwan, an award-winning Accredited Social Worker, PhD researcher, and state and national advisor. LEXs provides online therapy for individuals and couples, social work supervision, peer work supervision, supervision for lived experience leaders, NDIS telehealth social work, training, consultancy, and keynote speaking across Australia, integrating lived/living experience with clinical expertise, cultural humility, and person-centred, trauma-informed care.
